Personalise the design with a photograph and add custom text. Choose one of our premium frame finishes for an extra special touch, our framers will professionally frame your print so it is ready to hang when you receive it.
FAQs
01. What photo should I upload?
The original photo, at the highest resolution you have. Copies sent through messaging apps, or screenshots, are compressed and can look soft at larger sizes. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering and we will check your photo is good enough for the size you want.
02. What can I personalise?
When you order, fill in custom text 1, custom text 2 and custom text 3. Upload your photo on the page.
03. Can you change the colours, wording or font?
Yes. We design every print in-house, so we can change the colours, wording or font. Add a note at checkout, or email hello@blimandblum.com before you order.
04. Can I see a proof before it is printed?
If you would like to check it first, choose "Yes please" under Proof Required? when ordering. We email you a proof within 24 hours and only print once you approve it, and you can ask for changes at that stage. A proof adds about 1 business day. Without it, we print as soon as it is ready.
05. What sizes are available?
13cm x 18cm, A4 (21 x 29.7cm), 30cm x 40cm, A2 (42 x 59.4cm), 50cm x 70cm or A1 (59.4 x 84.1cm).
06. Is the size the print or the frame?
The size listed is the print. The frame sits around it, so a framed piece is a little larger overall.
07. What frame options are there?
You can order it unframed, or framed in black oak, white oak, natural oak, matt black, matt silver, brushed copper or champagne gold. Oak frames have a real oak veneer, and the metal-look frames are aluminium, from Nielsen's Alpha range made in Germany.
08. Is the frame glazed?
Yes, with cast acrylic: clear, light and much safer to post than glass. If you would like a different glazing, such as low-reflection, contact us before ordering.
09. Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Framed prints are professionally framed and arrive ready to hang. Unframed prints are sent flat if they are small, or rolled if they are large.
10. What paper is it printed on?
Thick 310gsm archival cotton-rag paper, rated for a print life of more than 85 years.
11. How long does delivery take?
Every print is made to order and dispatched tracked. Please order in good time before your occasion. Live delivery timings are shown at checkout.
