Returns and Exchanges
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.
- You have 14 calendar days to notify us of an intention to return an item from the date you received it. Then a further 14 calendar days to return it back to us.
- This applies to items that have been purchased directly from us.
- Please email us if you have a problem and we may be able to rectify it
- Unfortunately personalised products cannot be returned/refunded unless there is a fault
