I bought this gift for my wife for our 10th Wedding anniversary.
Unfortunately the website the company found the lyrics from continued numerous spelling mistakes and missing words.
Upon complaint they did issue me with a full refund however the email correspondence for this did not exist. Unfortunately they were unwilling to provide another one with the correct lyrics I provided meaning I had to buy the wife a handbag instead

Really nice product but didn't arrive on time and passed our anniversary date which was disappointing (placed order around a week before with delivery date being day before anniversary). I even contacted and was told it would arrive on time and when I contacted again after this I got no response. So a poor service but nice product.
When it finally arrived everything was as expected, and of good quality. There was some unexplained delay in their proofing process, and I had to chase up multiple times before I got a response and so their 24 proofing turned out to be about 9 days.
